Membership:

 

West Cook County Yough Club membership is available for all children and youth in first-12th grade. 

  

It's easy to become a member; just complete a membership application (start by clicking the button below), or pick one up at the Club at 4000 Saint Paul Ave, Bellwood, and turn in with your membership and correlating program fees.  Applications must be fully completed and signed by a parent or guardian. Application and payments must be received prior to attending the West Cook County Youth Club.
